These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for purchasing and using ascendzap.com services.

1. Services

ascendzap.com provides managed website, local presence, onboarding, and related digital services for local service businesses. The exact services included in your purchase are the services shown at checkout and in any written confirmation we send after payment.

2. Subscription Billing

Essentials is a recurring subscription billed every 4 weeks unless canceled. By starting checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and any selected add-ons until cancellation.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@ascendzap.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, fees already charged are not refundable.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, assets, approvals, and account access needed to deliver the services. Delays caused by missing information, missing access, or delayed approvals may affect launch timing.

5. Results and Third-Party Platforms

We do not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, appointments, reviews, or any specific business outcome. Search engines, social platforms, hosting providers, messaging services, payment providers, and other third-party tools may change their rules, availability, pricing, or performance.

6. Customer Content

You confirm that you have the right to provide any text, photos, videos, logos, trademarks, reviews, account access, and other materials you give us. You are responsible for claims arising from customer-provided materials or instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ascendzap.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim.
